- Payments once made are non-refundable unless otherwise agreed.
3. Appointments & Visits
- Customers are requested to provide accurate address and contact details.
- We aim to provide same-day or timely service, but delays may occur due to unforeseen circumstances.
- Missed or cancelled appointments should be informed in advance.
4. Warranty & Spare Parts
- Warranty (if applicable) is limited to the specific service or parts provided.
- Warranty does not cover damage due to misuse, negligence, or external factors.
- Only selected parts may carry a warranty as per company policy.
5. Customer Responsibilities
- Ensure access to the service location and electricity/water supply during service.
- Use the RO system as per recommended guidelines.
- Inform technicians of any existing issues or past repairs.
6. Limitation of Liability
Pureflow RO Service is not liable for:
- Pre-existing issues in the water purifier
- Damage caused by improper usage after service
- Delays due to circumstances beyond our control
7. Cancellation Policy
- Customers may cancel or reschedule service requests with prior notice.
- Any advance payment terms will be communicated at the time of booking.
8. Changes to Terms
