2. Service Charges

  • Charges for services, repairs, and spare parts will be communicated before work begins.
  • Any additional work or parts required will be informed to the customer for approval.
  • Payments once made are non-refundable unless otherwise agreed.

3. Appointments & Visits

  • Customers are requested to provide accurate address and contact details.
  • We aim to provide same-day or timely service, but delays may occur due to unforeseen circumstances.
  • Missed or cancelled appointments should be informed in advance.

4. Warranty & Spare Parts

  • Warranty (if applicable) is limited to the specific service or parts provided.
  • Warranty does not cover damage due to misuse, negligence, or external factors.
  • Only selected parts may carry a warranty as per company policy.

5. Customer Responsibilities

  • Ensure access to the service location and electricity/water supply during service.
  • Use the RO system as per recommended guidelines.
  • Inform technicians of any existing issues or past repairs.

6. Limitation of Liability

Pureflow RO Service is not liable for:

  • Pre-existing issues in the water purifier
  • Damage caused by improper usage after service
  • Delays due to circumstances beyond our control

7. Cancellation Policy

  • Customers may cancel or reschedule service requests with prior notice.
  • Any advance payment terms will be communicated at the time of booking.

8. Changes to Terms
